This past weekend I took the Z out to Sebring International Raceway for some testing.
Along with some alignment tweaks, I was testing out a new brake master cylinder brace from Z1 Motorsports.
The brace is designed to enhance "pedal feel" by reducing the amount of flex in the Brake Master Cylinder under hard braking, and it does exactly that. The car felt more responsive under braking than it previously has. It's a true "bolt-on" modification; installation was very straight forward and took maybe 30 minutes. If you don't drop your 10mm wrench into the abyss at the bottom of the Brake Compartment (like I did) it will probably only take you 20 minutes.
All in all, it's an affordable, simple way to enhance your Z's or G's braking performance.
